Tour Leader
ANASTASIA has been a part of SeaTrek family since 2015. Originally from Ambon and growing up in all over Indonesia, she speaks a number of local languages, in addition to Bahasa Indonesian and English.
She is a freediver, a scuba diver, an amazing nudibranch spotter, and has a wide knowledge of all kinds of sea creatures. Ask her anything about nudibranchs and watch her eyes light up.
Her 13 years of experience guiding makes her an excellent tour leader both on land and sea. She also has a lovely voice which might serenade you during your cruise. On top of her musical talents, she’s also a very keen and talented photographer.
Tour Leader
TINAE joined SeaTrek at the beginning of 2023. She is originally from North Sumatra and grew up throughout Indonesia. She started guiding in 2015 and has amassed lots of experience in various fields, including culture, nature, and hospitality.
She enjoys volunteering in remote villages in Eastern Indonesia, where she teaches elementary school children and helps them learn valuable skills. Apart from her work, she loves traveling, freediving, scuba diving, and mountain climbing. In addition to exploring the underwater world and conquering mountains, she also has a passion for storytelling and photography.
Tour Leader
DION has been a part of the SeaTrek family since 2019. Originally from Bitung in North Sulawesi and now living in Bali, Dion worked for ten years as a tour guide in his home province, where he was involved in many conservation projects. He went on to work for the government tourism office and then managed a resort on the gorgeous Island of Bunaken off the coast of Manado.
Dion is greatly interested in cultures, wildlife, and the underwater world and he has developed a keen passion for photography & videography.
Great snorkeling, relaxing trip and the food was good. Anastasia was a great tour leader. Swimming with whale sharks was a highlight.
The guides (especially Tinae) handled our endless questions about things like pros. They were well-informed, incredibly helpful, but also so fun to be with. … Tinae also acted as the photographer and I just got the pictures she took, which was great because I have no other underwater photos.
Our tour leader, Dion, was so knowledgable about wildlife and Indonesian history and culture. He went out of his way to make sure every guest had the opportunity to see what they wanted to see and answered every question so thoroughly.
The tour leader was very knowledgeable about the sea life and cultures we encountered on the many islands we visited, and the crew made us feel at home on the boat (good food, too!).
