WONDERS OF KOMODO

Komodo: Ancient and Bountiful Above and Below

Where calm seas and cool breezes cradle Komodo and its surrounding islands, you’ll find one of the richest marine realms on our planet. Above the surface you’ll encounter dragons, master boat builders, and sunsets that spill colors long after nightfall. Below, the Indian and Pacific Oceans merge, filling every reef and channel with an underwater theatre that knows no curtain call.

Komodo & Beyond Highlights

Komodo is never just one thing. One island reveals master boatbuilders, the next greets you with ritual dance. A short sail away, mangroves and hidden lagoons teem with life. Life as large as whale sharks, manta rays, and turtles, to as small as nudibranchs, anemones, and corals. Each stop carries its own surprise, and together they show why these islands remain one of the world’s great crossroads of nature and culture.

Note: Wildlife is wonderfully wild. Which means encounters aren’t staged or guaranteed. Let nature’s gifts surprise you.

Beyond the Ordinary

One of the reasons that makes our expeditions loved is that we take you far beyond the known highlights of Komodo National Park. You’ll sail into remote bays, be part of local traditions, swim with whale sharks, float above healthy coral reefs, and even participate in actively restoring those marine environments. Every day brings new encounters with a great dose of fun and amazement.

Our Local Heroes

Every great adventure is made possible by the hands and hearts that protect these islands. From coral gardeners and master boat builders to culture keepers and conservationists, meet the local heroes and explore our photographic journals that will bring your SeaTrek voyage to life.

Words from the Blue

Every guest brings back a story. Some tell of rare encounters with whale sharks, others of evenings spent singing with new friends on a white sandy beach. The Travel Log is our record, a living collection of what it means to sail with us, seen through the eyes of those who’ve come aboard.
